· For authors residing in Iraq, the Article Processing Charge (APC) is set at 150,000 IQD (110 USD) for manuscripts up to 8 pages.
· 50,000 IQD (40 USD) per additional page for manuscripts exceeding 8 pages.
This fee is payable upon the article’s preliminary acceptance (scientific acceptance). All payments must be made directly at the Engineering and Technology Journal office.
· Authors from all other countries receive a full waiver on Article Processing Charges (APC); therefore, no APC payment is required.
